2. Scope of the service
The form lets you send an enquiry about live music free of charge, ask to be contacted or to receive a quote, and open talks before a separate agreement is possibly concluded.
Sending the form is not a date reservation, an order for services, an acceptance of an offer or a payment.
3. Technical requirements
a device with Internet access and an up-to-date browser;
an active mailbox or phone number on which we can reply;
JavaScript enabled, which the form needs in order to validate and send your enquiry.
4. Conclusion and end of the agreement
The agreement for a single transmission of an enquiry is concluded once you press the “Send message” button and the server successfully accepts the data. It ends once the message has been passed on for handling.
5. Rules of use
You may not send unlawful content, content infringing the rights of others, spam, malicious software or the data of a person whose identity you are assuming.
6. Complaints
Send any complaint about the form to biuro@muzykamarzen.pl. Describe the problem and the date it occurred, without providing unnecessary data. We will reply within 14 days.
7. Personal data
The rules of processing are set out in our privacy policy. The form contains no marketing consent, because the data serves to reply, to prepare a quote and to take steps prior to a contract.
8. Final provisions
These terms may change once the way the form works or the law changes. They were prepared without a formal review by a lawyer and do not constitute legal advice.
